The Role
You'll be part of a tight-knit 2-person team handling all things stadium, concessions, and retail accounting - event cash reconciliations, AR billing, journal entries, sales tax processing, and GAAP compliance across multiple entities. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting the business during a period of leadership transition, so you'll have real ownership and the chance to make an immediate impact.

The Role
You'll be part of a tight-knit 2-person team handling all things stadium, concessions, and retail accounting - event cash reconciliations, AR billing, journal entries, sales tax processing, and GAAP compliance across multiple entities. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting the business during a period of leadership transition, so you'll have real ownership and the chance to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage event cash reconciliations and AR billing
- Prepare journal entries
- Process sales tax
- Ensure GAAP compliance across multiple entities
- Navigate a recent NetSuite implementation while leveraging legacy Excel processes
- Strong core accounting skills with multiple-entity experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Comfort with NetSuite (or ability to ramp quickly)
- An adaptable, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — this role thrives on flexibility, not rigid process
- Sports industry experience is a plus, but not required — the right attitude and accounting chops matter more!
- $55-60/hour, 1099 interim engagement
- Hybrid schedule, 20-30 hours/week
- Flexibility to support work-life balance
- Immediate start
